“My name is Tatiana Rodionova. I was born in Russia. My native city is St. Petersburg. It is a place where moods are complemented by shapes of the city. The city is chilly like a sudden blow of the northern wind, it is elegant like a true gentleman, and is overflowing with an inner calmness like a rock. This unique, elegant, and original city will forever have my heart. Architecture became my profession and art - my calling.
In the summer of 1998 I moved to Syracuse, NY and later to East Brunswick, NJ. While living in the United States I devoted my time to further my artistic development. I became a member of the Suburban Artists Guild and started participating in various art exhibits around the NY/NJ metro area. Currently I am able to devote my attention to transferring my artistic vision to various mediums and sharing them with the world. It is the hobby of my life for the last 25 years.”

“I mostly like to paint flowers in acrylic, watercolor or ink. I consider the black graphics my trademark style. The pen and ink technique is what gives the lines an unusually unique and fine form. On one side the black and white combination enables you to see the very essence of the object, on the other side it enables you to imagine any color possible while being the simplest of color combinations.”

The artwork is for sale with 20% of each sale going to support the Cranbury Arts Council and its programs. Cash or a check made out to the Cranbury Arts Council is accepted as payment. See www.cranburyartscouncil.org.
